No person except the exhibitor\, the Judge\, or the Show Management shall handle or feed any bird without expressed permission of the exhibitor.\n17. The VPBA Show Committee will use every precaution to guard against accident\, mistake\, loss or damage\, but will not be responsible should any occur.\n18. No bird shall be removed from the show hall without the expressed permission of the Show Superintendent.\n19. Exhibitors making entries and failing to exhibit will automatically forfeit all fees paid for such entries\, unless the secretary is notified before the closing date of entries.\n20. All protests must be made in writing to the Superintendent before the Judges leave the floor. A $25.00 deposit must accompany all protests.\n21. Show management will decide any items or questions not covered.\n22. VPBA will provide a sale area outside the show hall for tailgate sales. Spaces are available for $15.00 a space. You can send your sale space fee along with your entry or pay at the show. You will receive your tailgate receipt the day of the show.\nJunior Show Specifics\nAll Junior Show entries are subject to the same rules and regulations as the open show as well\nas the following guidelines.\n1. Please specify at the top of the entry form JUNIOR ENTRY; please include exhibitor’s age at the time of show. Otherwise birds will be entered in the open show and cannot be changed at\nthe show!\n2. Eligibility to show as a Junior is limited to exhibitors between the ages of 5-18 years old.\n3. Entry Fee is $6.00 per bird. Double cooping will be available for LARGE FOWL & LARGE DUCKS ONLY at $8.00 per bird.\n4. All Junior exhibitors are solely responsible for cooping and grooming their own bird.\n5. Junior exhibitors are required to handle their own birds.\n6. Junior exhibitors must be present to receive any awards they may win.\n7.
